Technology Center
The NEO Technology Center was established in Kazan, Russia and is the base for our research and development (R&D) and production activities.
NEOWELL Technology Center is a full-cycle enterprise that performs technology development at all stages of its development – from idea to commercial production and subsequent maintenance, which is typical for advanced service companies.
Our technology center is an advanced research lab, software development center, supercomputer with parallel computing, downhole equipment and sensor manufacturing, and quality control and testing facilities.
Our technology center contains unique test facilities that take our products from development to commercialization and distribution. These include: high-pressure, temperature and vibration testing facilities, calibration benches, anechoic chamber, test well and others.
The knowledge and capabilities gained give us a competitive advantage and position us as a leader in intelligent completions and well diagnostics, enabling us to analyze and effectively manage well flows.
Research and experimental development (R&D)
R&D underpins all of our activities and we expand both the team and the range of tasks we undertake each year.
Our research aims to bring together the best ideas not only within NEOWELL: we also work closely with leading universities and our customers to create technologies that meet the needs of the industry.
We are staffed with talented engineers, scientists and field development and research professionals. We are continually improving our competencies and capabilities to strengthen our position in the industry as a leader in well diagnostics and intelligent completion systems.
We develop systems and services using only our own resources, from market analysis, concept and feasibility studies to design, mock-up assembly, experimental prototypes and digital processing and simulation software development.
The development and testing of any new technology continues until it meets all requirements. We follow a strict testing protocol. Only after a new technology is proven to be effective do we launch a pilot project. The NEO online platform, the set of services and systems you use today are the result of many years of development.
Production
NEO manufactures equipment and devices exclusively in-house. We are constantly improving the reliability of our equipment and developing the competencies of our employees. By setting high standards of safety and quality assurance, we build trust in the NEOWELL brand.
We continue to develop our own production of downhole equipment, geophysical instruments, sensors, transducers and electronic boards, as well as provide maintenance of our own equipment.
We are committed to producing the highest quality equipment that provides reliable and safe operation when used downhole. Our certified testing facilities allow us to internally test manufactured equipment to ensure compliance with international standards and regulations. Strict controls are carried out by our Quality Assurance Department to ensure high quality products.
Software Engineering
Our DIALOG interpretation software integrates the Flow Analysis and Condition Analysis diagnostic services into a central software platform. “DIALOG is used by the geophysics department to provide customers with the accurate diagnostics they need.
We have created a unique online platform, NEO, to monitor and control intelligent completion systems. It allows our customers to analyze reservoir and well data and manage flows remotely from anywhere in the world.
