If you are faced with early water or gas breakthrough in horizontal wells, our NEO electrovalves are the ideal solution to control breakthroughs, optimise production and increase well production rates.
Compared to completion solutions using passive flow control devices (PFCDs), the system allows remote control of well section performance in real time.

With NEO electric valves and packers, you can divide a horizontal wellbore into numerous individually controlled zones. An electric valve is placed in each zone for remote production control.
Our user-friendly control unit allows you to close or stunt zones at the touch of a button. Wells can be controlled remotely from virtually anywhere in the world – without the need for costly and risky CT operations.

Traditional hydraulic intelligent completion systems require multiple well control lines to operate. But the NEO system can control up to 20 pay zones with a single electrical control cable, while simplifying installation and maintenance. The lower cost of the NEO system compared to conventional hydraulic well systems also makes it ideal for mature field applications. Two-position electric valve NEO-1
Application:
- Circulating electric valve as part of the upper well completion – flushing the well from solutions, including barite solutions;
- As a fracturing port – allows controlled fracturing;
- Descends into a 178 or 245 column or open barrel

NEO-2 multi-position electric valve
Application:
- For levelling the flow profile or injectivity of a horizontal well;
- Stubbing of areas with gas breakthroughs
- Goes down to 178 or 245 Column.
